- Begin with your hands at your heart.
- Take a deep breath in, and raise your hands over your head.
- Clap your hands, exhale, and lower your hands to your lap.
Group Pose: Firework Breathing makes a fun group pose! Have children line-up in a circle, and think about if they would like to be a loud firework or a quiet one. Walk around the circle, lighting each firework and have the kids explode with a strong "pssshhht" or a noisy "BANG!".
