  1. Begin in Star Pose.
  2. Stand tall, with your legs spread wide.
  3. Reach your arms out to either side.
  4. Keeping your neck and spine straight, tip your star to one side, balancing on one leg for as long as you can.
  5. Return to star pose, with both feet on the floor.
  6. Tip your star to the other side, and hold it with your leg firmly on the floor.
