Setu Bandha Sarvangasana

Bridge Pose is a calming yoga pose for kids, that helps to reduce stress, and stretches the chest, neck, and back. It also builds leg and back strength.

Step 1
Lay down on your back. Rest your arms on the floor, alongside your body.

Step 2
Bend your knees, and set your feet flat on the floor.

Step 3
Lift your hips towards the ceiling.

Step 4
Hold this pose for a few breaths.

Step 5
Slowly lower your hips back to the floor.
