Full Boat Pose turns Half Boat Pose into a challenging yoga pose! Use Full Boat Pose to strengthen back, core, and legs. Children will also develop their concentration, as they focus on balancing.

Begin in Half Boat Pose.
Slowly straighten your legs and point your toes to the ceiling.
Keep your arms parallel to the floor, or lift them up towards the ceiling. You can also place your hands on your mat, to help you with balance.
Hold this pose for a couple of breaths, then lower your arms and return your feet to the floor.
