To encourage breathing, say the colors of the rainbow while holding this pose!
Begin on your knees, with the tops of your feet resting flat.
Drop your hand to one side, and arch your other arm over your head.
Hold this pose for a couple of breaths, then lower your arm to your side.
Repeat on your opposite side.
