Salamba Sarvangasana

Shoulderstand is a challenging yoga pose that kids enjoy practicing! Laugh and have fun as children work on their balance, strengthen their cores, and stretch their shoulders.

Remind kids to only look straight up at the ceiling in this pose. You’ll be amazed at how quickly they learn to hold themselves up, even if it’s just for a few seconds!¬†

Our most popular yoga activity that incorporates Shoulderstand is Birthday Cake!
