Balancing Series

The Balancing Series gives a full body workout and builds core strength.

This sequence can be completed as stand alone yoga poses, returning to Mountain Pose between each pose.

For an added challenge, have children move from one pose to the next, creating a challenging yoga flow.

Remember to repeat this sequence on the opposite side!

Begin in Mountain Pose.

When you feel balanced, lift your body into Tree Pose.

Step your feet apart, and tip into Tipping Star.

Bring your raised leg behind you, and lean your body forward into Airplane Pose.

Return to standing upright, in Mountain Pose.

Repeat on your opposite side!
