Basic Sun Salutation

This is an excellent introduction to yoga flow!

You can repeat this sequence several times to energize your body and mind.

Being in Mountain Pose.

Sweep your arms up to the sky in Upward Salute.

Fold forward into Ragdoll Pose.

Set your hands on your mat, and walk your feet back into Plank Pose.

Lower your body to your mat, then press up into Downward Facing Dog.

Walk your feet towards your hands, then straighten your legs into Ragdoll Pose.

Sweep your arms up high into Upward Salute.

Lower your arms into Mountain Pose.
