Core Strengthening

This fun flow focuses on building core strength and ends with a nice stretch!

Begin in Half Boat Pose.

Place your hands on the mat behind you, and lift into Reverse Table Pose.

Lower your body to your mat, sit up straight, and lift your feet into Flower Pose.

Place your hands on your mat in front of you, and walk your feet back into Plank Pose.

Lower your body to your mat, then lift into Snake Pose.

Release your body to the floor, then roll onto your back. Give your core a nice stretch in Supine Twist.

Remember to stretch on both sides!
