Dolphin Pose


Calms the mind and relieves stress, stretches shoulders and legs, strengthens arms and legs, improves digestion, relieves headaches.

Step 1

Begin on your hands and knees, in Table Pose.

Step 2

Lower yourself to resting on your forearms and knees.

Step 3

Curl your toes under, and lift your knees off of your mat.

Step 4

Hold this pose for up to one minute.

Step 5

Release your knees to the floor, then relax in Child’s Pose.


This pose also makes a fun shark fin!
