Donkey Kicks


Increases core strength, strengthens and stretches legs and arms.

Step 1

Begin in Table Pose.

Step 2

Press up onto your hands and feet.

Step 3

Kick one leg up, followed by the other.

Step 4

As your legs return to the floor, repeat a few more times.

Step 5

Lower your knees back to the floor, returning to Table Pose.
