Flower Pose



Builds core strength, develops coordination, and improves balance.

Step 1

Sit on your mat, with your back straight and the bottoms of your feet together.

Step 2

Slide your hands underneath your legs, and hold your ankles.

Step 3

Lift your feet of your mat. Be sure to keep your back straight!


Hold this pose for a couple of breaths, then gently lower your feet to your mat.
