Full Boat Pose

Paripurna Navasana


Strengthens legs and spine, stretches arms and legs, improves balance, increases core strength, relieves stress, improves digestion.

Step 1

Begin in Half Boat Pose.

Step 2

Slowly straighten your legs and point your toes to the ceiling.

Step 3

Keep your arms parallel to the floor, or lift them up towards the ceiling. You can also place your hands on your mat, to help you with balance.

Step 4

Hold this pose for a couple of breaths, then lower your arms and return your feet to the floor.
