Half Wind Relieving

Ardha Pavana Muktasana


Stretches lower back and spine, improves digestion, calms the mind.

Step 1

Begin by laying on your mat.

Step 2

Bring your right leg up to your chest, and hold your leg a little below your knee.

Step 3

Gently hug your leg closer to your chest.

Step 4

Take a few relaxing breaths, then release your leg to your mat.

Step 5

Repeat with your left leg.


Beginning with your right leg and then switching to your left leg will aid in digestion.
