Heart Opening Flow

Use this yoga flow along with a book on love and friendship, or to open a family yoga class!

This flow focuses on heart opening yoga poses, so children are more open giving and receiving love.

Begin in Salutation Seal.

Place hands on your mat in front of you, and press up into Downward Facing Dog.

Bring one leg forward, and lift your upper body into Half Pigeon Pose.

Return to Downward Facing Dog, then repeat on your opposite side.

Gently lay on your stomach and lift into Snake Pose.

Roll onto your back and lift into Bridge Pose.

Relax into Supine Twist.

Repeat on your opposite side.

Take a relaxing breath, and lay in Fetal Pose.
