Step 1

Begin by sitting on your mat.

Step 2

Gently lower yourself onto your back.

Step 3

Allow your arms and legs to float up, and gently sway.

Step 4

Hold this pose for as long as you are comfortable.

Step 5

When you are ready, roll yourself back up to sitting.

Tip

This pose can also be used as grass gently swaying in the breeze.
