Pizza Party

Build a pizza with yoga poses!

Children will stretch their bodies and strengthen their cores, as they reach and twist getting all of their ingredients and creating their yoga pizza!

Come to the table, it’s time to make a pizza!

Reach forward to get some cheese, then switch sides and get some pizza sauce.

What’s your favorite pizza topping?

Say it out loud, as you stretch up and over to reach for some.

Now switch sides to get some more!

Roll the pizza dough all the way out to the tips of your toes!

Open up the oven door…

…then close the door, and hold it closed as your pizza cooks.

Take a deep breath in and smell your pizza!

Tip side-to-side, and cut yourself a slice of pizza!

Yum – that was delicious!
