Step 1

Begin by sitting on your heels.

Step 2

Lean forward, and gently rest the top of your head on your mat in front of your knees.

Step 3

Lace your fingers behind your back.

Step 4

Keep your arms straight, and slowly bring your rabbit ears up to the sky.

Step 5

Hold this pose for a couple of breaths.

Step 6

Lower your arms, and return to sitting upright.
