Gyan Mudra


Calms the mind; relieves stress, headaches, and fatigue.

Step 1

Sit on your mat with your legs crossed.

Step 2

Bring your thumb and forefinger to touch.

Step 3

Gently rest your hands on your legs (in Easy Pose), or bring your hands up to your eyes to make a raccoon mask!

Step 4

Hold this pose for a couple of breaths.

Step 5

Return hands to resting on your knees.
