Begin on your knees, with the tops of your feet resting on your mat.
Step 2
Drop your hand to one side, and arch your other arm over your head.
Step 3
Hold this pose for a couple of breaths.
Step 4
Lower your arms to your side.
Step 5
Repeat on your opposite side.
Tip
To encourage breathing, say the colors of the rainbow while holding this pose!
