Relaxing Flow

This flow helps to calm the mind and body.

Use it before naps, bedtime, or simply when children need a little help settling down.

Begin in Table Pose.

Relax your head, and round your back into Cat Pose.

Arch your back, and look up to the ceiling in Cow Pose.

You may repeat the cat/cow stretch a couple of times.

Keep your legs in place, and walk your hands forward, resting your upper body on your mat in Puppy Dog Pose.

Slowly roll onto your back and give your back a massage in Happy Baby Pose.

Bring your arms and legs to rest on your mat, in Corpse Pose.
