Step 1

Sit on your mat with your legs crossed.

Step 2

Gently press your palms together and straighten your back.

Step 3

Keep your palms together, and slowly lift your hands over your head.

Step 4

Hold this pose as you relax and breathe, then slowly return your hands to your lap.
