Stretches the neck and back, calms the mind, relieves tension and stress.
Sit on your mat with your legs crossed.
Take one hand, and place it on your opposite knee.
Keep your back tall, and slowly twist your upper body so you can rest your other hand on the floor behind you.
Hold this pose for a couple of breaths, then release your body from the twist and return to facing forward.
Repeat on your opposite side.
