Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening

Robert Frost

The woods are filled with snow-covered branches.

Owl watches the woods fill up with snow.

Lie down on the ground, and make a snow angel.

Gently rock back-and-forth to give the harness bells a shake.

Hear the soft sound of the sweet and downy flake.

Animals stand and watch, from within the dark woods.

Twinkle fingers as the snowflakes fall, and the horse trots on its path.
