Table Pose



Aligns the spine, strengthens bones, increases coordination and balance.

Step 1

Begin on your hands and knees.

Step 2

Line-up your hands under your  shoulders, and your knees under your hips.

Step 3

Spread your fingers apart.

Step 4

Keep your back flat, and be careful not to drop your head.

Step 5

Hold this pose for a couple of breaths, then gently bring yourself to a seated position.
