The Balancing Series gives a full body workout and builds core strength.

As a starting point, this sequence can be completed as stand alone yoga poses. At this stage, have children return to Mountain Pose between each balancing pose.

When children are ready for a challenge, have them flow from one balancing pose to the next, to create a challenging yoga flow.

Remember to repeat this sequence on both sides!
