Tri Pada Adho Mukha
Calms the mind, relieves stress and mild depression, energizes the body, strengthens arms and legs, stretches upper and lower body, relieves headaches and fatigue.
Begin in Downward Facing Dog.
Lift one leg, and hold it for a couple of breaths.
Slowly lower your leg to your mat, then repeat with your opposite leg.
To release, lower your knees to your mat.
Relax in Child’s Pose.
