Begin in Star Pose.
Keep your neck and back straight, and tip your star to one side, balancing on one leg for as long as you can.
Return to Star Pose by placing both feet on the floor.
Now tip your star to the other side.
When you are ready, return to Star Pose, then step your feet together and lower your arms.
This pose also makes for a fun kite, flying high in the sky!
