Strengthens the spine, opens and stretches the chest, relieves stress and fatigue, relieves symptoms of asthma.

Step 1

Begin by laying on your stomach.

Step 2

Bring your hands up by your shoulders, and place your palms on your mat.

Step 3

Press into your palms and straighten your arms. Lift your head and torso up as high as you can, and keep your elbows close to your body.

Step 4

Hold this pose for a couple of breaths.

Step 5

Lower your body back to your mat.
