Step 1

Sit on your mat, with your legs straight in front of you.

Step 2

Spread your legs, so they are comfortably apart.

Step 3

Rest your hands on your mat, and slide them forward.

Step 4

Hold this position for a couple of breaths.

Step 5

Slowly return to sitting upright, then bring your legs back together.
