Sit on your mat with your legs straight in front of you.
Spread your legs, so they are comfortably apart.
Gently place one hand on your ankle.
Bend at your side, and reach your other arm up and over your body.
Hold this pose for a couple of breaths, then lower your arm and sit up straight.
Repeat on your opposite side.
