Wide Angle Stretch


Stretches legs and upper body, calms the body, relieves stress.

Step 1

Sit on your mat, with your legs straight in front of you.

Step 2

Spread your legs, so they are comfortably apart.

Step 3

Reach up over your head, and point your toes.

Step 4

Hold this pose for a couple of deep breaths.

Step 5

Slowly lower your arms and bring your legs back together.
